Ingredients
For the Roasted Strawberries:

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered

2 tbsp honey (divided)

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
For the Whipped Chevre:

1 jar Fraga Farm Chevre
- 1/4 cup full fat yogurt

1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Roast the Strawberries

Preheat oven to 300ºF (150ºC).

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.

Add strawberries and toss to coat.

Spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Roast for 30 minutes, or until soft and syrupy.
2. Whip the Chevre

In a bowl or stand mixer, combine Fraga Farm Chevre, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Whip by hand or with a mixer until smooth, fluffy, and spreadable (about 2–3 minutes).
3. Serve

Spoon whipped chevre into serving dishes or a shallow bowl.

Top with warm roasted strawberries.

Optional: Finish with an extra drizzle of balsamic.
