Our wool dryer balls are.... big. Big, big dryer balls! They are 3-4" wide and will do a fabulous job at helping you dry your clothes better! Felted wool dryer balls reduce static cling of your clothes eliminating the need for dryer sheets which can exposing you to questionable chemicals like phthalates . The dryer balls won't shed mircoplastics while being tumbled around- like synthetic dyer sheets because they are entirely made of wool! You can ad a drop or two of essential oils to the balls to add scent to your laundry - the natural way.
The best part? They will help you save energy and speed up the drying process. As they tumble around they break apart clumps of wet clothing allowing the air to circulate more effectively reducing drying time by 20% to 40% depending on your type of load and machine. We hand craft these balls by creating a firm wool core with Pendleton blanket factory trim which we then cover snugly with out own sheep wool. All of this is done by us here on the farm.
